How it all started...
The Faith Family began as Leavenworth Christian Church (LCC) in 1998, at Lansing, Kansas. In 2006, LCC changed its name to Faith Family Christian Center Church (FFCCC), to align with the vision and mission of the ministry.
In 2006 The Faith Family traveled to Addis Ababa and shared the gospel with Rhema Faith Ministries. While in the country side and sharing the gospel with the Elders, Pastor Girma declared prophetically Derick and Katina as an Apostle and Prophetess to Ethiopia.
In 2007 the first Faith Family conference was held in Williamsburg, Virginia.
In 2011, FFCCC ended their traditional ministry in Leavenworth, Kansas. Derick, Katina and family relocated to Overland Park, Kansas to focus on their daughters finishing high school and completing college.
In January 2022 The Faith Family relocated to Fairfield, California and launched the App called The Faith Family.
The Faith Family focuses on the 5 F's, Faith, Family, Fitness, Finances and Fun.
